I guess Carney finds it too tedious to deal with ten provincial and three territorial elected premiers, he prefers to deal with a deferential bunch of appointed judges. Call it democracy the liberal way.
If the Premiers were smart, they would have held their own separate conference to loudly denounce the Federal Liberals for trying to amend the constitution without employing the amending formula.
Elbows up gagged me from the beginning, just another glib Liberal slogan to mask their damaging policies and actions. And, the Eastern elite public buys it. The fact Carney is up in the polls makes me feel absolutely powerless as a western Conservative voter.

You are right about elbows-up. It was a one trick pony to win an election, but now produces grimaces. or pained expressions. X had a meme of about fifty old timers, who were probably paid, doing the dance and looking like inmates at an insane asylum. As Newfoundlanders say, "it was shockin".

Example for pot or against legalizing pot, for climate change against it, for vaccine mandates against it. Now for fighting our number one trading partner or against fighting our number one trading partner. The math doesn’t lie. It’s barely 1%. Now factor in the number of people who die per year, the low birth rate, the number of people who have been deported and the number of people who leave Canada and it’s not that bad at all. Brian’s fraudulent narrative the system is ‘broken’ is false.

Oh and if you are going to use math to make your case and accuse someone of a fraudulent narrative then, pro tip, learn how to use the decimal point and the percentage symbol. Please note that 41,574,517 x .009% is, in actual fact, 3,741. 2 million people in Canada whose temporary visas have expired. The Liberal government have no idea if they have left, or not, and they have no plan to fix this. The system is horribly broken despite deceptive Liberal statistics.
Health care workers lost their jobs for not getting vaccinated while the Trudeau government brought in 100s of thousands of migrants in through Roxham road with no requirement for them to be vaccinated. How is this fair to Canadians? Immigration in Canada was a solid process and a strength, until the Liberal government used it to flood the country with newcomers for their benefit, not Canadians.

I have oft suggested to Alberta Separatists that, respectfully, their best bet in the long run is a constitutionally reformed Canada.
"We tried it: constitutional reform is impossible" they cry.
