I’ve been hearing it for years, Doug Ford is not a conservative. Those who are kind to Ford will claim he’s a Liberal in a blue tie, those who are unkind hurl the worst kind of insults.
What is the reality though?
It depends on how you measure.
I’ve had my share of issues with Ford over policy, everything from spending to his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.
However, as I lay out in this video, Ford’s record is more conservative than his detractors give him credit for and the numbers back that up.
