At the House of Commons Industry Committee on Thursday, Liberal MP Michael Ma, the guy first elected as a Conservative, took an odd stance. Out of nowhere he began attacking one of the witnesses, Margaret McCuaig-Johnston, a longtime civil servant who spent decades working under both Liberal and Conservative PMs and who is an expert academic in China at the University of Ottawa.
As I discuss with Sam Cooper, the man behind The Bureau, this is part of strange pattern and Canadians should be asking questions.
