Just 25 guns, Mark Carney's foolish gun "buyback" program...

A chat between Brian Lilley and Robert Freberg, Commissioner of the Saskatchewan Firearms Office.

We have a real gun crime problem in Canada but the Carney government is hanging onto the bad policies of the Trudeau Liberals and moving ahead with their gun “buyback” program. They are forcing law abiding gun owners to hand over their hunting and target shooting rifles and shot guns while real crime is committed with guns smuggled in from the USA.

It makes no sense and it’s the type of program that Carney should have walked away from.

Instead, after taking in just 25 guns from 16 different people during a pilot project, they are expanding the program nationally. This program is a failure, but they want to make it bigger - make that make sense.

Watch my discussion with Bob Freberg about what Saskatchewan is doing to mitigate the impact of these bad federal laws.
