Solve the economic problem of 40.2 TRILLION Dollar National Debt? Do you know what happens to a country when their default on their National Debt and can't pay any government employees like Police, Army, Navy, Air-force Marines etc, etc, etc? You can't 'solve' this problem you have to wait for it to fail and start over again.
It's worst in the west but population decline is happening almost everywhere. It's happening China, Japan is at crisis point, even India has now dipped below replacement birth rates. Only Africa is still seeing population increase but the rate of increase has declined significantly and it is expected to fall below replacement rates in the not distant future. In fact, currently, world population is predicted to peak around 2050 and then start declining overall. The estimate is 2 Billion fewer humans by 2200. Now, this sort of modelling is probably sketchy but looking at how things are trending I wouldn't be surprised if we do hit a peak and then start declining again, regardless of when and/or by how much.

Considering we don’t have enough infrastructure. Food etc for any more people in any country in the world, why is it an issue if birth rates are down?
