The Americans and Israelis have started their strikes on Iran. I gave my initial thoughts on this earlier and of course, Prime Minister Mark Carney has weighed in with a generally positive comment on the strikes.

As Operation Epic Fury, as the Americans call it, or Operation Roaring Lion, as the Israelis call it, was launching, Bercovici was heading towards Tel Aviv to get her daughter out of harms way from the inevitable Iranian response.
