So what can we do? We’re like herds of livestock, awaiting our turn in the slaughterhouse. I hate the feeling of helplessness as I watch our once-great country go down the drain. The Liberal government is making plans to strip Canada down to it’s barebones to build it up again as per Carney’s “New World Order” agenda. Carney is duplicitous and evil but we can’t get rid of him and his cabinet of fools. We are doomed.

Kelly Warnock's avatar

This is the same question I’m asking! Well said!

Toni Hanks's avatar

I love how blunt you were Brian. More bluntness and truth from everyone that is in a place to speak up needs to do this now. Hard and fast. Although it all seems too little too late. Not realistically possible but what is needed is for this unelected governmentto fall ASAP and somehow a huge majority Conservative government is needed to begin to get us out of the mess of 11 years of liberal “ overreaching “ government. Overreaching is the passive description.

Toni Hanks's avatar

You eloquently are saying what I too believe.

Philip O'Dell's avatar

Start by talking to your older friends and relatives. They "gave" us Carney. The youth seems to by and large "get it" that the Liberals will see them in shackles living in limited spaces, poor and happy, eating bugs and those that put us there will by then be dead or beyond any ability to remedy what they have dumped us in.

Our singular best bet in the short term is authorizing Alberta to separate. That is the only route I can see to re-writing those onerous parts of the Constitution that handcuff everyone west of Ottawa, with the exception of Toronto, to a system of Feudal Rule from Quebec-PEI-NB-NS. We are not represented according to our inputs or population and we are forced to pay for the "privilege" of being told how horrible we are for how we power the nation economically. The Liberal thieves draining our blood are laughing at us. Anyone that is a "Federalist" in Alberta is either delusional, an idiot, or bought off. Its time Ontario looked at separating too.

San Issa's avatar

Don’t blame the older people for ‘giving’ us Carney. First of all, he was ‘selected.’ And even though I’m 71, I know waaaay too many people much younger than myself who think Carney & his Liberals are saviours of Canada.

Mary-Rose Dawes's avatar

Amazing his pants are not on fire!!

Ed Robbins's avatar

and yet you and East Canada think us hillbilly Albertans should not get out of this crap.

Jerry Grant's avatar

Just the opposite: please take rural Ontario with you. We have nothing in common with the Toronto-Ottawa-Montreal triangle.

Christine Barnett's avatar

100% correct! We need to unite against this federal governing body that does absolutely NOT have Canadians well being in mind.

And very true. Rural Ontario is completely separate from the left leaning government employees. Of which there are MANY. Coercion, bribery and compliance (to save their jobs), are the reasons these “Liberals” ( and I use that term loosely )will not be voted out…of any future election.

So many individuals and company have left or are seeking a move out of Canada.

jan's avatar

Not all East think that..,respect and good wishes..to our Western friends...

Dan Shepley's avatar

Thats because the propaganda machine wants it that way . Convince the west that the east hates them, convince the east that Alberta is only out for themselves. People from all of this country are falling for the spyop.

Jerry Grant's avatar

I don't think there is anything as subtle as a spy op. The government has made its distaste for Alberta's trademark industry obvious. C-48 and C-69.

Do you ever wonder why there isn't a tanker ban on the East coast? Is it just a shitty coast not worth preserving, or is it so Irving can continue to thrive on imported oil from nasty countries rather than Alberta oil delivered through an Energy East pipeline?

Dan Shepley's avatar

What exactly is a spyop supposed to look like? Propaganda is a big part of it , controlling media is a part of it . Our own military was reported as running a spyop on Canadians . Its common in every country.

A psyop (short for psychological operation) is an organized effort to influence how people think, feel, or behave. Governments, militaries, political groups, activists, companies, and even scammers can use psyop-style tactics.

A real psyop doesn’t usually look like a dramatic movie plot. More often it looks like:

* Repeating the same message over and over from multiple sources.

* Playing on strong emotions such as fear, anger, pride, or outrage.

* Presenting information selectively while leaving out important context.

* Creating an “everyone agrees” impression, even when opinions are divided.

* Encouraging people to identify strongly with a group (“us vs. them”).

* Amplifying stories that support a desired narrative while downplaying contradictory evidence.

* Using trusted messengers (celebrities, experts, influencers, community leaders) to increase credibility.

Jerry Grant's avatar

Sorry, I thought you said spyop in the OP.

Christine Barnett's avatar

Of course we do. At least those that understand economics and finance.

Ed Robbins's avatar

Nope. East has fucked West since day one. Transfer Payments, CPP, Etc. Do your homework Easterner.

Dan Shepley's avatar

Calm down their skippy. The point is this liberal government uses these shortcomings and turns them into propaganda to keep us divided . Your anger is largely fueled by it yet you can’t see it but you surely are controlled by it. The whole country is bombarded by propaganda and your anger is a symptom of it.

Kimmer's avatar

100% Ontario was NOT always taking equalization, someone needs to understand that FACT. And it started with the LIBERAL GOVERNMENT! lived in Ontario all my life 69 years to be exact! And now Ford professes to be Conservative, I dont think Doug was ever Conservative, Look at what happened to Ontario when Kathleen Wynne was Premier, the liberals lost so badly, they couldnt secure a seat and in comes Doug Ford, the next best thing for the Liberal Party without the LIBERAL BLACK CLOUD, Dougs a liar like the Liberals, thats why Carney paying him any attention, so he can use Doug

Dan Shepley's avatar

Province

Estimated cumulative federal revenue collected

Ontario

$5–7 trillion

Alberta

$1.5–2.5 trillion

Dan Shepley's avatar

Many of the policies Westerners object to were enacted by federal governments elected by Canadians across the country, not by “the East” acting as a single bloc.

Ontario and Quebec don’t always vote the same way, and Atlantic Canada has different interests again.

Canada has always been a federation where wealthier regions help fund services in less wealthy regions.

So it may seem to some easteners that the west has never really been patriotic, but just resourse rich and greedy. Thank the propaganda machine for that one as well.

Ed Robbins's avatar

Blathering on are we ? Your claims are hig wash!! East always votes as a block when involves "Transfers ", "Carbon Tax", etc. You and your thoughts are exactly why we want out. You seem to think YOU have some say in how WE vote on future. If vote fails this year, will pass next, or next. East never fails on taking the money 💰. Got that Danny

Dan Shepley's avatar

Don’t let your feelings get in front of your feet you might trip. Everyone has the god given right to free thought . Knowing that voting as they see fit is personal. Are you saying unless everyone votes as you see fit then they’re beneath you and somehow acting against you personally? Various powerful groups influence people’s thoughts and reaction including how they vote. Seems to me you’re pissed and blaming the wrong causes. Check your anger , use it where it belongs not where you’re controlled to aim it.

Dan Shepley's avatar

Calm down skippy, then why do you think you get a federal vote? Why is that skippy? Answer without an emotional response. Somehow I doubt you can because the propaganda has control of you. Just my opinion. Also answer this without emotion, say you all do separate, do you believe that will make you richer than you are now or just status quo or poorer? Be honest I really am curious.

Philip O'Dell's avatar

Calm down skippy2; since when does 150,000 people in PEI getting 4 votes in Parliament suddenly "equal" Alberta's under representation? Since when should Quebec, regardless of population, be allotted 25% of those seats? The system IS rigged to make the east much more powerful than the west. Federal elections are DONE by the time they hit the Ont-Que border. Toronto-Ottawa is predictable. You win the over-represented East and Quebec and you are in. And you only need 38-40% of the vote to win most of those ridings. Time for you to actually get out your books and do your homework. The west, pretty much everything west of Hwy 25 in Ontario, has and has had for decades a legitimate gripe about under representation and those are numbers not opinions or editorials or other propaganda.

Christine Barnett's avatar

Then why did the West NOT fight back. You have always had the strategic means.

Philip O'Dell's avatar

Largely because, to now, the west have also had a very strong sense of national pride and support. You didn't find a "Zombie Division" in Saskatchewan, or BC, or Ontario. Ever take a Quebecer to another country and watch them answer "Where you from?" The invariably say "Quebec!" They have never had a sense of being part of Canada, we have always been a source of cash to them and nothing more.

Claudette Leece's avatar

Yep red and black ants with Carney shaking the country. I wouldn’t even be surprised if they concocted the story of the Iranian terrorist. World Cups coming up, Irans in the news everyday with the deal. If you think for one moment out corrupt cops wouldn’t work with the even corrupt or CIA, MI6 to cook this up and the 9-11 everyone said would happen, carried out by the MI6 and CIA, would be a perfect distraction because when Canada sees how bad off our country is, beyond fixing, they know shits going to hit the fan. There are still people who will not sit back and watch these criminals destroy this country and their families permantly. Love the commercials, never about people having fun, it’s fat people on Ozempic or guys with big bellies that have liver disease or cancer. They poison our food, ruin the water, burn the churches and country down then have commercials with of coarse a super drug to take. Because big Pharma hasn’t made as much money lately because smart Canadians laughed at Antevirus and Ebola

Claudette Leece's avatar

By the time Carney is done every province will want out of Canada

Judy's avatar

Your alternative being??? The US is a cesspool. GOOD LUCK.

Christine Barnett's avatar

Completely disagree. What do you base your comment on? We did not choose this so called leadership since 2015. We are not ALL getting favouritism from the federal. That would be mainly Quebec.

I don’t disagree with the unfair taxation on the oil industry. The tax system itself is supremely detrimental to ALL business ventures large or small. Ontario is not immune.

We need investment. We need Ottawa out of the business sector including trade. We need to unite against this federal governing body.

We need to do this together.

Rosemarie Bakker's avatar

It’s do obvious to anyone who is paying attention how his talking points vary depending on the audience. It’s very difficult to tell what the real story is.

julia's avatar

It's easy to see what the real story is. Carney said it himself repeatedly: New World Order.

He was installed to achieve this agenda in Canada. He and his wife have been all about this forever. Carney proves to Canadians every single day that he does not care about them, or about Canada. Really depressing.

Rosemarie Bakker's avatar

True in the end that’s what the message is but he does confuse people.

It’s a very sad time for Canada and has been for awhile now I find it very disturbing that so many don’t understand what’s happening to our country

julia's avatar

I 100% agree with you, Rosemarie.

Harley Spade's avatar

I think the confusion is the point

Jerry Grant's avatar

I thought that once he had his majority we would finally find out what he stands for. But we didn't. Perhaps he stands for nothing. Perhaps he is continuing Trudeau's tradition of making it up as he goes along, with the sole goal of scoring points with voters.

Irene The Insomniac's avatar

The only thing Carney stands for is himself

Christine Barnett's avatar

But so much more than that alone.

Christine Barnett's avatar

First, Carney knows exactly in what direction, his so called government, he’s steering Canada. WEF/UN Agenda. One World Order.

Second, he doesn’t actually need voter approval. Nor does he care. Any possible future election is predetermined. Coercion, bribery, compliance and basically, foreign interference. If Canadians do not understand what totalitarianism, authoritarianism, or what Trudeau Sr. Called “socialism” (when he realized that communism was too controversial)…we will never get out of this “reconstruction” of Canada.

Akin to sheep being led to the slaughter.

Severe analogy, but what all Canadians may understand. If they choose to.

Christine Barnett's avatar

Exactly. He is still a UN ambassador. And look how well they’re doing globally. Idealism is seldom successful.

julia's avatar

Ha!! No kidding. The morally superior who appoint themselves to boss the world around, because, of course, they know more about everything than the rest of us possibly could. My cousin calls them the grand poobahs.

YMS's avatar

The real story is that Carney is in it for himself and his elitist friends. Too bad Canadians by and large aren't smart enough to see it.

Christine Barnett's avatar

Exactly. He’s a business/corporation ambassador and NOT a politician. He has no understanding of people or how countries are structure. Investment, primarily his, is in his wheelhouse. Dealing with entire countries is a whole new ball of wax.

susan gerbes's avatar

with carnage??? there is no REAL story....

J Wolfmoon's avatar

He TOLD us who he was but only SOME of us were listening now we all have to suffer under this net zero bullshit which exists only to enrich Carney and will do nothing for Canada or Canadians.

John Powell's avatar

Normal vacuous carney deception. Only an egotistical narcissist would not understand that his words follow him around the world. And we are just an echo chamber resenting his lies

Ed Robbins's avatar

Yet East Canada thinks he is great! Polling high, elbows up, new mid world order while we go broke.

Victorine Warner's avatar

Polls are changing. Carnys going down. He's done nothing for us only stuff against us and the west certainly knows that. Parts of the east are starting to scratch their heads wondering why he hasnt done what he promised. Carny and his bafflegab are falling on ears that are getting fed up with him

Jerry Grant's avatar

Hey, you are right. I haven't been to 338Canada for a while, but the polls do show the NDP has taken 5% from the Liberals. 338Canada's trend line doesn't reflect it.

Christine Barnett's avatar

This dividing rhetoric has to change. We didn’t elect these so called liberals. Government employees did. Politically corrupt politicians did. Political interference did. All to preserve their jobs and status via coercion, submission and compliance. The true Canadians do not support this governing party

Monica's avatar

I’m in the Maritimes and I know Carney’s a fraud. More Canadians are waking up to his mendacity.

After Liberal and Conservative MPs were lobbied by the Israelis, Carney’s govt is getting too cozy with the genocidal apartheid state. Only today did I hear about the CPP investing $23 billion more in companies tied to Israel when countries should be boycotting and divesting from it. Carney has no business being PM for Canada. His govt is putting Canada as violating international law

Ed Robbins's avatar

Mexico just informed us, Canada's representatives have never attended one meeting!!!! How bout them apples.

Alan Bleiken's avatar

I am sure he is aware. He is also aware it does not matter. This is Canada, a country hell bent towards progressive globalist liberalism. Just like western Europe.

Carney, like it or not, is a good fit for the majority of Canadians. He represents their beliefs, or they represent his. Smith, Ford, Moe and Polievre are much closer to Carney ideologically than they likely are to you. Big pills to swallow. Wide is the road of, or to destruction.

Ed Robbins's avatar

To Eastern Canadians, not to Alberta or Saskatchewan.

We have gone from “Sunny Ways” to the New World Order (you will own nothing, and they will be happy). Congratulations Liberal MPs, Floor Crosseurs, and Liberal members and voters. You did this to Canada and are 100% responsible for all the pain that is coming for Canadians.

I believe he is a habitual liar & simply cannot be trusted. How did we get this kind of man leading our country. I too feel we are doomed.

Marion Leyland's avatar

Does everyone forget Jagmeet Singh?? I never hear his name any more, but we should never forget! He kept the idiot Prince Justin in power simply to line his own pockets with a golden pension that he really didn't really need, with his Rolex, expensive cars and designer suits - it was just plain greed. Why aren't we pursuing him and making his life miserable for his contribution to Canada's misery under the Liberal tyranny, for tyranny it is. And while keeping Prince Justin in power, Justin was having his puppet strings pulled by his senior advisor, Mark Carney. Then when it was absolutely obvious that the Liberals were going to fall in the coming election, Carney had Justin appoint him (Carney) as PM in Justin's stead, even tho Carney wasn't even part of the Liberal caucus, no seat, nothing except the incredible great luck (for him) called Trump, the new President of the US, who was ridiculing Justin with the 51st State taunt, that Trump had no intention of following through with but it was inflaming the TDS bubbling in so many frightened Canadian's heads. The epitome of liars (Carney) fanned those flames into a raging inferno in the baby boomers' heads, resulting in the fiasco we are living with today. (I am not a baby boomer myself - I am the mother of baby boomers who always were Conservative, but some seem to have lost their cognitive ability to see Carney for what he truly is - evil incarnate!)

Christine Barnett's avatar

Thank you. Your comments are greatly appreciated…if only by me.

Coco Betz's avatar

Does Carney have dementia?

Dan Shepley's avatar

Really? You do know that Carney knows exactly what he’s doing. Your remark tells me there is 0 discernment skills being used . All politicians that aren’t making life better have an agenda to control society. The monarchy is one of the worst for that and the Orange man is trying to end that monarchy system of control . Believe what you like but knowing Carney is part of that system may help you if you do exercise some of those discernment skills.

Coco Betz's avatar

I am a lifelong CPC member and supporter and IMO the Monarchy and Carney are the same thing his brother works for the Royals, his other brother lives in Ireland and allegedly is an investment banker, Carney is allegedly associates/friends with Maxwell, Prince Andrew, Reid Hoffman yes that gang. Carney’s book Values that I read is an oxymoron he has none IMO and he is here to finish off what Trudeau couldn’t. He is the leader of the NWO and is imploding and panicking as Trump destroys the Imperialists in the UK who are allegedly aligned with Obama and others. Carney is unfit to be a politician let alone PM - he’s here for Brookfield and took a $280M loan from the Bank of China to refinance Brookfields real estate division due to the slumping economy in their Singapore investments. Carney must be held accountable for what he’s doing to our country and as a sixth generation Canadian, whose family fought for this once great country he needs to be tried for treason. My comment was a joke we must not let these Liberals divide us or create political silos they so relish - refer to Promethean Action - it’s the goldmine for facts as well. As for Ford he’s a CINO and needs to go in Ontario - he prorogues and spends like a Liberal and allegedly he has chosen a side and it’s not Pierre Poilievre. Canadians are waking up, even the Liberals.

Dan Shepley's avatar

Dementia? You response yet reply to me with the agenda. I think you’re looking for an argument with the wrong person. So what was the purpose of the dementia statement?

Jerry Grant's avatar

Perhaps Coco meant schizophrenia.

You should listen to the pod. It describes Carney promoting dramatically different world views in Europe and the US. I would suggest he suffers from a psychotic disorder where he believes his opinions are reality and that changing his opinion changes reality.

Coco Betz's avatar

Actually it was a joke, apparently one that triggered some. 😀Read my comments in the above post, Trudeau IMO suffered from narcissistic personality disorder plus some other very dark maladies that he might just have to appear in court over allegedly, Carney IMO is possibly realizing being a banker is a tad different than a politician and he has similar grandiose importance and ideology as well also a NPD as well. 🙏

Dan Shepley's avatar

What do you think the orange man does? Is he crazy or is part of his game to get the opponents zigging while he’s behind the scenes zagging? Carney is attempting to use similar tactics but he’s a globalist that don’t give a flying F about people other than to create a state to totally control everything and Trump seems to be trying to break away from royal control. They both could very well be crazy but they are both very smart and with two different agendas. So keeping the worlds population dazed and confused works for them . And the dazed and confused seem to feel better just calling their boogie men names because they don’t try to understand the game.

Jerry Grant's avatar

My take on Trump is that he only listens to the first few minutes of the presentations by his advisors. So he knows the general gist of a problem, but not the details. He may then take the right action but, because of his layered personality problems, will present it poorly, in far to many words and with conflicting justifications on different days. It doesn't mean he is doing the wrong thing. He is an asshole, though. An asshole that, more often than not, is trying to do the right thing.

Dan Shepley's avatar

So 1st my disclaimer!!!I

“I don’t support Carney nor defend Trump👀. “

who would really believe the either one of these two would tip their hands in public and if they did would you know they did or wright it off as BS. Thats how they work, they don’t care if you call them @(-;!. F’njgz. They don’t care !!!. They care that when they’re making a move in many cases that we are confused as well as the people /powers they are making the deals with. The art of the deal. Where they differ is in their respective agendas and fooling enough people to keep resistance at a minimum.

Martina Kruger's avatar

He keeps screwing around with CUSMA & trying to make sure that CUSMSA doesn’t happen. All of this is making other countries around the world looking at this , like Japan, saying they are rethinking doing business with Canada.

Christine Barnett's avatar

There you have it. They actually suggested that if CUSMA isn’t benefitting Canada and the fact that Canada is now importing Chinese EV’s, they may pull out of Canadian manufacturing. Not promising.

Thanks Brian! Another honest take on our King Carney.
