Poilievre and team might want to focus more narrowly on who they could win over by an appeal to reason.

I would not recommend that they waste much time of the demographic I live among - retired civil servants. Insulated from most hardships. They have Trump Derangement Syndrome on steroids. They know very little about what Trump is or isn't really doing and the Liberals must find it embarrassingly easy to take advantage of them.

Young people who will never be able to afford what their parents had if Liberal policies continue might be a good target.

When their parents were the same age as they are, government changed hands more often. An undefeated Justin Trudeau (!) would have been unthinkable.

This happened because the balance is tipping in favour of those who depend on government for income, against those who produce goods and services in the regular market. It strangles prosperity.

Conservative need to ride on the immigration file HARD. The E.U. is disintigrating to the right due to rampant illegal immigration and Canada being offered access makes us ripe to be the location deported masses go. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN.

Agree. Especially after that letter from the Bishnoi gang was published (even on CBC)

Somebody has to point out to Pierre that politics is not a debating society but a blood sport.

Poilievre won the leadership of the CPC in Sept 2022. The first thing Liberal Dominic LeBlanc did was hammer him with 'American style politics'.....sound familiar? I would have immediately hit back with 'Better than marrying the CCP' and raise every data point on Chinese election interference and collusion at the NML in Winnipeg on the movement of dangerous pathogens from Canada to China.....Nada.

Feb. 2023....Christine Andersen, EU MP and member of AFD in Germany, has lunch with 3 Conservative MP's, (Lewis, Allison, Carrie)....Poilievre says her views are 'vile' and 'racist' and says she's not welcome in Canada. Oh really....so you don't support the idea of the Freedom Convoy, think the mandates are just fine, and let's not talk about uncontrolled mass immigration....Weak!!!

Summer 2023 Pierre came to Truro N.S. Listenend to him (safe speech), and talked with M.P. Stephen Ellis, shadow Minister of Health, about what's happening with the Winnipeg lab investigation, and more importantly about the ongoing insane covid operation being run in Canada...I also followed up with emails etc. Nada.

April 2025 went to my local CPC get together to volunteer. The candidate Jenkins is going up against Sean Fraser.....the tone for the local debate was stick to his failure at housing. Really? That's it, that's how you're dealing with the 'Man Who Fails Upwards'....what about immigration (again) and all the salient points along that path that have negatively impacted communities and the country. Nope they're going to stick with the middle ground....wouldn't want to offend anyone.

Carney is ripe for the picking, but you're going to have to get dirty. Or would you rather watch our country get strip mined and sold off. Weak, weaker and weakest....I'm done with them....bringing a knife to a gun fight don't work.

Pierre should step down. Nothing is going right for him. He has no original thinking, blames everything on China and his own people have turned on him by crossing the floor.

The next question is who do they replace him with. 🤔

Poilievre is a nice guy. But he is the wrong man against the Carney machine. And he is no match for Trump. Neither is Carney though. Canadians have prided themselves on how nice they are. But the world has changed and let's be honest. The players at WEF are not nice. I have no idea who the person is in Canada to take on this world, at this moment. Please let me know!

Why do you insist Pierre Poilievre is not the correct person? He most definitely has what it takes and is the right person.

He comes off as very bland. And he has no experience in the business world. As none of canada's leaders have had. And he has also not been able to convince canadian voters that they should vote for him....but other than that, he is a nice person.
