However there will be another problem - potential foreign investors will look at Canada as governed by people who are a such a toxic mix of stupid, selfish, stubborn and ignorant of basic economics that they cannot make a deal with Trump when many others are.
Nobody wants to invest in a country governed by such people even if it appears to be stable.

Likewise with the USMCA. The Liberals came up CUSMA which pretends Canada is leading the arrangement. That is factually inaccurate. The USA leads USMCA. Trudeau the Younger and his Merry Marxist Minions were so inept, Canada was nearly excluded from USMCA. King Carney & Co appear to be poised to be ever more inept than Trudeau the Younger.
Part of the reason the Liberals keep getting elected is because they manipulate language almost as much as the Chinese Communist Party manipulates the Chinese diaspora in Canada. While Liberals refuse to deal with the CCP's shenanigans, we can push back on Liberal word games.
