Once the average Joe and Jane have formed an opinion on somebody, it is hard to change their mind. For whatever reason, the average voter has decided they don't like Pierre Poilievre. It is hard to get elected when you are personally unpopular. As long as Trump is president, and (some) of the MSM and the Liberal Party go out of their way to frighten everybody about the big, bad Americans, there is no way the Conservatives can be elected. Sad, but true.

They are now firmly in the place of the official opposition and can criticize the Carney Liberals without being accused of being unpatriotic.
Now, it's entirely up to Carney and his motley crew to make good on their Memoranda of Understanding with half the world.
I expect Carney to implement the Poilievre agenda for the most part and continue to frame himself as the author of moderation.
Hopefully he tones down on the New World Order Liberal talking points schtick - as that is simply a closet WEF agenda and cozying up to China - although his wife was pumping it at the Lib convention.
As with gold and silver on the Comex, digital oil pricing is too a farce.
