As sad as it is…indigenous communities get funding. Not sure how their governing bodies handle the financing, but many of these areas lack the necessities. Water, roads, any other form of infrastructure. Is it just the more rural areas that haven’t basic needs. The southern areas don’t seem to lack for anything. IMO

Some of the First Nations communities live in areas that are inaccessible. How are the members of theses communities supposed to be evacuated?
