Perhaps you should follow Pierre on YouTube. I see a lot of content he posts that is exactly what you say he should do. Mainstream media will not highlight any of what you say Pierre should be doing in my observation.
PP continues to ask for transparency regarding the CUSMA negotiations and other contentious issues, i.e. agreements between RCMP and China's police. Trudeau claimed his would be "the most transparent government." That lie continues to play out under Carney.
I believe that Carney has an agenda with the EU that he is not sharing with Canadians. This would be supported by the fact that he didn’t seem to want a trade deal with the US. Carney seems to be making substantive long impact decisions for Canada without our input, beyond his mandate when he was “elected”, and outside of Parliament. This is just wrong !
Anything Carney and the Lieberals have done is not good for Canada! just look at the record, In a short period of 11 years they have systematically torn down what we have built up for over a 100 years. This can only be called an invasion of Canada from within.

In other words, he's a globalist and will align Canada with a "region" such as the EU, instead of the US as had been hoped under a Democrat led White House.
If the pivot is to the EU, it will be significantly costlier to ship items. Postal, courier and heavy freight systems are very costly compared to shipping to the US. Business travel and hotel costs will be significant. The cost of shipping cheap goods under 150 Euros ($240) requires vast amounts of customs documents, pre paid fees and tax prepayments. Canada Post no longer ships small packages to EU countries as there is no way to collect and process these fees. Besides, how much maple syrup and smoked salmon are in demand in the EU, anyway? (Sarcasm). And, EU countries have “buy EU” policies. Anti American sentiment is really high, but who would you want as a long term friendly trading nation, the US or China? Carney chose China.
Generally, the Elbows Uppers who are okay with this depend on government, not industry, for their income. They will blame Trump/the Americans for the fallout among those who suffer, including those in the beverages industries.
