Musk's comments are delightfully refreshing and long overdue. The centre has shifted so far left that conservatives are now portrayed in the media and by progressive politicians as "far" right. This smear has to be called for what it is: a tactic to discourage voters from supporting parties that are not "progressive." Think DEI, Critical Race Theory, Transexual "rights" such as Trans women using female change rooms, and mass immigration. I could go on but you get the picture...

I am fully behind Musk (even though I would never buy a Tesla).

Anyone who disagrees with Mr Elbows Up is labeled far right, misogynistic, Trump lover, fashist, and any other ridiculous adjective.

Wasn't there a story not long ago about this Chris Alexander fellow accusing a journalist based out of Ottawa of being a Russian asset or closely associated with Russia in some way. I remember reading that story and thinking this Chris Alexander guy is a little odd, and I vote conservative. Don't give two hoots about the Toronto mayoral election though, I expect Torontonians to a choice that will further escalate the decline in the city.

Doug Ford is who he is. Carney is a liar.

Imagine carney thinks it’s “ cute” to announce millions of dollars for “ New “ hybrid diesel locomotives . You know ? those things that have been around since the last steam engine retired in 1960.

Toronto. Chris “ who” splits the vote. That generally favours the incumbent ? You are the expert. I think he just screwed any hope you had for a rational candidate like Bradford. More chow? Madness

Sucks to be Brian Lilley living in Toronto.

Where is my foil hat. What’s your take?

Let me say that some of the things that Elon Musk has been quoted as saying are bizarre - to be charitable - but some of the other things that he has been quoted as saying are simply sensible. Now, which of those two categories result from what he actually has said and which are the result of quotes out of context or just plain lies, I don't know.

What I do know is that the media in this country is absolutely dismissive of any view that is not left of center. And I will leave it there.

Dont know where to start. I think Carneys MO is to disappear when the going gets tough.

He will disappear from the Alto project as well. Hes purchased train engines....hybrids. where is the money coming from?

I think he goes from project to project promising it will get done then walks out or theres a delay in starting.

I dont know, if a husband did that on a regular basis, promising money to by food, rent, clothes, for his family.. well love can only go so far.. hes a con man. But a loveable one..

Maybe it will turn around when Dominic LaBlanc gets a deal with the negotiating team.

I do think it will happen this time..

Fauci... hes checked out. Too much time has passed.. hes using Trumps methods. Jmo

It is about time. Doug has to start being a better Conservative and support the Federal Conservative Party of Canada. I respect Doug because he is building infrastructure in Ontario that will last for 100s of years and will bring value to the province as assets. I also like that he has no fear of Trump, and his ad in the U.S. was basic economics 101. I don't like U.S. "CORN SQUEEZING," and California wines are horrible. I have been to both Napa and Sonoma and was never so happy to get back to a good Southern Ontario Riesling.
