I have been a “label reader” and personal “quality control inspector” for decades ( for a multitude of reasons). Sounds odd, but my personal observation has been an eye opener. From household items, to produce, to clothing, to home furnishings… little to nothing is Canadian made.
This is the “take over” that China has implemented for decades…with the acceptance of everyone globally. Now we’re paying the price.
Cheap prices, massive amounts of goods to choose from. All equal complete control…globally.

Firstly, why is Mexico entering its fourth round of negotiations, while we are sidelined?
Secondly, why is Mexico performing line-by-line analysis of the proposals offered, but we are suddenly surprised by what the American Team has requested? Did they offer more concessions? What were they willing to do that we weren’t? And why?
Thirdly, who has the most to gain by walking away? Is Canada going to get a better deal later in the process? Is it possible that the Liberal Party gains the most from walking away?
I suppose if we had access to the unredacted text of the different proposals, we would know. However, we also know the Liberal Party of Canada has nothing but contempt with the sharing of information, and Prime Minister Carney’s relationship with the truth is a tad tenuous.
