He just screwed Ford over the ROF too.

Doug, you have spoken for me.

I don’t want Alberta to leave Confederation, but as each day goes by, I understand why She might.

The Liberals are taking Stellantis to court over the automakers shuffling of production from Ontario to the United States.

The Liberals are also keeping the EV mandates, despite the reasoned pleadings of Stellantis and other automakers that the mandates are not achievable and costing them billions of dollars to produce cars that people are reluctant to buy.

If someone knows how to reconcile that mess please let me know because it certainly points to an intellectual void around the Cabinet table in Ottawa.

The Liberal government are killing the auto industry in Canada. The question is…why?

Same old, same old, Ottawa (aka CarbonTax Carney) ignoring western Canada (BC isn't western Canada - they're the laid back loopy cousin within the Canadian family). Moe and Smith need to make things very uncomfortable for CarbonTax Carney.

No oil pipeline eh! I guess I’ll get off the fence now and get ready to cast my vote for Alberta’s separation from the Republic of Canada!

Carney is All Talk & NO ACTION. The PM talks a lot & likes to here himself talk...LIES, he has accomplished NOTHING in six months! For someone whom has said he is saving the Planet...He sure flies ALL Over the Place using Diesel & or Aviation Fuel. Cutting taxes for his Friends that like big yachts & Airplanes. Canada is sinking fast & Canadian need to vote PM Carney out next election.

So a week after presenting “a generational big building budget” - the Carney Liberal government are going to announce more new projects? At what point does Canada move from announcing to actually doing something? Asking for Canadian friends…(before my internet gets turned off 😬)

Karen Benz's avatar

Yes Mike. Much talk but no action. Blah blah blah.

Does anyone still believe Carney and Trump have different goals or are at odds at all? I’m really starting to believe they are partners in crime. There is something really, really fishy about Carney’s installation, world jet-setting, hubris, disdain for Canadians, the crises that drop in for visits when things don’t seem to be going Carney’s way then disappear PRN, this ridiculous swarming like murder hornets on Pierre Poilievre, and on and on. I’m telling you, there’s something really, really fishy going on. The China thing and freezing out Saskatchewan and Alberta will do this non-country in.

I wish it were an RV mandate! 🤣

You are so right I pray one day alberta will the western Canada country that people will pay to immigrate to as at least we have a head on our shoulders that thinks outside the circle with reality and not stupidness , alberta has been ripped off long enough and the sooner we are our own little country the better off we will be

Nothing for Alberta and Saskatchewan! The Liberals are once again stoking the separatist flames.

Carney's EV mandate delay exposes Liberal rifts between green commitments and economic pressures. Official targets demand 20% zero-emission light-duty vehicle sales by 2026, rising to 100% by 2035. Erskine-Smith's public pushback on the budget signals deeper unease, yet this phased approach lets manufacturers earn credits for early compliance—easing the path if infrastructure catches up.

BC has always been lotus land. There is the Rockies and the coastal mountain ranges. The air is different, maybe thinner, and most people think they are separate from the rest of Canada. I don't know how John A convinced them to join Canada.

The liberals will lose Alberta and BC over natural gas and their green net zero dogma.
