One where a dominant portion of the electorate is directly paid by gov't (public sector), indirectly paid by gov't (how many "private" companies rely on gov't contracts?), otherwise dependent on gov't or retirees. Our taxes are just going to go up and up and pretty soon we'll be working 100% for the government rather than just 45%.
