Carney has been avoiding making a deal with Trump, he wants to use him as the Boogie man if he calls an election, Yes Trump is erratic, but some Countries have managed to work with him, Mexico is far ahead of us on trade, Last week he signed a deal with India for 500 mil, for Gas and Oil, no tariff's now, Trump uses fear as a tool in negotiation's, that's all it is, Fear helped sway the last election, and can be used again for gain.

Carney did call Jivani's adventure correctly, it was just political grandstanding to embarrass the PM, as no one on the planet believes an Opposition MP would EVER be given any credit for doing something the government failed to do. I suppose the stunt worked to a certain degree, as it brought a Liberal MP into the limelight briefly for all negative reasons.
Does Carney talk to Ford because he respects him or does he talk to him because the Ontario vote is essential to his majority?
I'm not sure the same respect is extended to Saskatchewan or Alberta.
I've spoken to both Scott Moe and Danielle Smith on camera and off and they say good things about Carney.

I'm convinced Ford is really a Liberal. I don't think I can even hold my nose and vote for him next election. It's a shame because I like our MPP.
